What we sell
Chinese Naming Lab provides customized linguistic, cultural and creative naming consultancy for individuals, brands and businesses. Deliverables are digital and are normally sent by email. We do not sell physical goods through this website.
Before payment
We confirm the project scope in writing before payment. That confirmation should state the fee, deliverables, estimated delivery timing, included revisions and the cancellation/refund terms that apply to the specific project.
Delivery
Completed work is delivered to the email address or other digital destination agreed with the client. If a delivery date changes materially, we will communicate the revised timing.
Cancellations and refunds
Because naming work is customized, cancellation and refund eligibility can depend on whether work has begun and how much of the agreed service has already been performed. The applicable terms are confirmed before payment and remain subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
If Chinese Naming Lab cannot deliver the agreed service, contact [email protected] so the matter can be resolved, including any refund required by the written project terms or applicable law.
What the service does not promise
The service is language and creative naming consultancy. We do not make claims about future events or guarantee health, wealth, relationships, academic results, legal approval, trademark registration, company-name registration, market performance or other personal or commercial outcomes.
Business and brand names
Linguistic screening is not legal clearance. Trademark searches, company-name registration, regulated-industry approvals and legal opinions should be obtained from the appropriate authority or qualified professional when needed.
